Stress is another painful experience for most of the people in the world today. What is Stress? Simple we can define Stress is a feeling of being under abnormal pressure coming from various aspects of your day to day life. If you have financial worries, increase of work load, lose of job and etc. When you feel stress, your body might create stress responses and you may feel upset.   1.  Do Exercises. Regular Exercise is one of the most important thing you can do easily to oppose Stress. Amalgamate regular exercise into your life, it is very effective way to release stress.   8. Take a Warm Shower or Bath.  A warm shower or bath is very useful to relax your body.

While you are in this reaction mood, you experience physical symptoms of faster heartbeat, quick breathing and etc. Deep Breathing exercises are helpful you to activate your nervous system to control the stress responses toward the relaxation responses. Make your  breathing slower and deep to focus your awareness on your breathing.

  10. Write it down. Another one way to handle stress is to write things down. Keep writing can help relieve stress, especially if you focus on the positive.
